To get the invitation for the study in the Republic of Belarus, an applicant should produce the following documents to the International Affairs Department (sent by post, fax, e-mail):
- The completed application form
- The photocopy of the certificate of education with the grades (marks) translated into Russian or English.
- The photocopy of the passport, the certificate of birth or any other document confirming the personality.

On entering the University the following documents should be produced:
- The application with the name of the chosen specialty.
- The certificate of the education (original) with the grades (marks) translated into Russian or English.
- The medical certificate given by the country of residence that verifies the absence of medical contraindications for studying in the Republic of Belarus.
- The certificate of the test on antibodies to HIV.
- The passport with the entering visa to the Republic of Belarus or valid registration (if there is any), the migration card.
- 6 photographs (size 4×6).
When arriving to the country the applicant should foresee the following expenses:

- The additional medical check-up at the policlinics № 6 – $ 75;
- The obligatory medical insurance for one year – 85 EUR / 125 $;
- The registration at the Citizenship and Migration Department – $ 65;
- The cost of living in the hostel (per month) – $ 25;
- The visa for the trip to the country of residence during the vacations – $52.
